THE iSPARR® PUNCH BAG

The iSPARR® developers looked at traditional boxing bags and realised the main disadvantages associated with a traditional punch bag is that it doesn’t move like a real training opponent. This started the creation of the iSPARR® punch bag.

WHAT’S IN THE BAG?

■The filling in an iSPARR® will not sag over time. The specially selected foam will withstand thousands of punches without change.

■The iSPARR® absorbs the power of a punch which means there is less chance of joint damage. In fact, using an iSPARR® can help recovery from such an injury.

■The skin of the iSPARR® punch bag will not damage the skin on your knuckles. This means that you don’t always need to wear boxing gloves (although we do recommend hand and wrist straps).

■The iSPARR® punch bag reacts to a punch in a way that is much more realistic than a traditional bag.

■ Easy to assemble dissemble.

■The bag is covered in an antibacterial fabric similar to that used on hospital beds, allowing the bag to maintain hygiene during training.

■Finally, the iSPARR® punch bag is manoeuvrable so offers many more training options than traditional hanging bags.

KEEPING THE BAG CLEAN

The bag must be cleaned after each session, this can easily be done using water, do not be tempted to use cleaning products or antibacterial cleaners as this may damage the covering.
