BOXING SKILLS AND STRATEGY

BOXING TECHNIQUE

We are very proud to announce that ISPARR has been
appointed as an official ENGLAND BOXING training partner and fully endorsed as a key element in the delivery of their training programmes.

All our ‘ISPARR Training Programmes’ have been written by Level 4 ENGLAND BOXING coaches and are fully accredited by the sport’s Governing Body.

Boxing is far more than just combat, it’s a discipline, a movement method that enhances many of the bodies systems.

To be successful, boxers must learn to focus their minds on the task at hand.

iSPARR helps the user to learn to focus on the activity instead of thinking about what happens next, this is mindful exercise. From this experience, users learn how to observe, when to act, and how to react.

iSPARR enables people to grow and learn how to push through physical and mental barriers.

By using iSPARR people learn that boxing is not about destruction but is instead a highly collaborative exercise requiring different parts of the body and mind to work together.

PUNCHING TECHNIQUE

Punching is an art form and successful combat athletes need to develop good technique. At iSPARR our trainers begin with the essential foundation of good technique, and footwork.

Working on a traditional bag, footwork practice is limited. The bag doesn’t move like an opponent but because the iSPARR is mobile, it can almost replicate the movement of a ‘real-life’ sparring partner.

When working with the iSPARR the user will quickly develop footwork that places them in a perfect position to punch the bag from a variety of angles, and to keep moving away.

The iSPARR bag provides an entirely unique experience, challenging for even the most highly skilled boxers.

‘iSPARR is entirely innovative, challenging and stretches each individual to his or her limit.  Its durability is outstanding and I truly believe that every boxing or combat sports club should enable their members to access the unique iSPARR system in their gym.’
